The Skyline Pink colourway features a pink dial with black rehaut, and a yellow seconds hand. 

Supplied on a stainless steel bracelet, as well as a grey suede strap and a black FKM strap, all with quick-release spring bars for easy, tool-free strap changes.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS INFO

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, international orders will be sent via UPS or Royal Mail.

Shipping rates:

UK customers - £10 (watches), straps are free shipping.

International customers - £20 (watches) and £10 (straps).

Customs duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout for most countries. Watches are shipped DDP, which means there will be no duties to pay upon import.

Returns:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please see the 'Refund Policy' section for more information - click the link at the bottom of this page.

Warranty:

All of our watches are covered by a 2-year warranty. If you experience problems with your watch, please contact us at hello@emberwatchcompany.com.

At a glance

  • The case

    Bead-blasted stainless steel gives a matte, utilitarian appearance, which is offset by the mirror-polished bezel designed to catch the light. Designed to look good from any angle, the faceted, geometric case is like nothing else out there.

  • The dial

    Around the perimeter of the dial lie a series of 12 cutouts, revealing the generous layer of SuperLuminova BG-W9 below, providing outstanding legibility in the dark.

  • The movement

    Inside the Rocket sits the tried-and-tested Seiko NH38 automatic movement, an ultra-reliable workhorse, regulated to +/-10 seconds/day. With 40 hours of power reserve, it will keep good time for years to come.

  • The bracelet

    Machined from solid stainless steel in a matching bead-blasted finish, the bracelet is designed to continue the design language of the watch. On-the-fly micro-adjust is built into the clasp, and screwed links allow for easy resizing.

FAQs

Why is this a pre-order?

We produce in small batches to keep quality high and avoid overproduction. When you order, you're securing a watch from the current production run.

As a small business, we do not have the capital to fully fund a production run in advance, therefore we take pre-orders and offer a discount as a thanks for your patience whilst the watches are being made.

When will my watch ship?

Watches from this batch are expected to ship around late November. Please note that if we receive a high number of pre-orders, shipping of all orders may run into early December. You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order ships, with tracking.

What if the ship date changes?

If timelines shift, we'll email you directly - you'll never be left wondering. You can also reply to any of our emails any time for an update.

Will I have to pay customs duties before the watch is delivered to me?


No - we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so duties are calculated and added to the price you pay at checkout. No surprise customs charges.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, up until your watch is shipped to you. Just reply to your confirmation email. Once your watch has been dispatched to your address, the order can not be cancelled and instead must be treated as a return - see our returns policy for details.

What's your returns policy, and is there a warranty?

Yes - 14 days from delivery for a full refund, watch unworn and in original packaging. Please note that shipping costs and any import duties paid cannot be refunded.

All our watches are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's defects warranty. See the 'refund policy' tab at the bottom of this page.

Where are Ember Watch Company based?

We are based in Devon, UK, which is where the watches are designed, packaged and shipped from.

Where are the watches made?

We work with a manufacturing partner based in Hong Kong, who overseas the production of all of the separate components, which are produced in China. The watches are then assembled, regulated and QC'd in Hong Kong, before being shipped to the UK, where they are packaged with their respective straps.

How do I know if the watch will be a good fit for me?

Measuring 40mm across and 47mm lug-to-lug, the Rocket is designed to suit a variety of wrists. Many of our customers are female and enjoy the fit of the watch.

We have photos of the watches being worn on the wrist in various places on this site, as well as our social media profiles.

We attend various shows across the UK throughout the year, where watches can be handled and tried on.
